🌱 Pot & Soil:
Use loose, fertile, well-draining soil. Choose a pot, tray, or planting area with enough space for the pea shoots to grow.
🌱 Sow the Seeds:
Sow the seeds evenly across the soil surface and cover lightly with a thin layer of soil. Avoid planting the seeds too deeply.
☀️ Sunlight:
Place the seeds in a bright location with around 4–6 hours of sunlight daily. Pea shoots can also grow well in bright, indirect light.
💧 Watering:
Water gently and regularly to keep the soil evenly moist. Avoid overwatering or allowing water to collect around the roots.
🌿 Care:
Keep the growing area clean and provide good air circulation. Monitor the shoots as they grow and harvest the young, tender shoots when they are ready.
✂️ Harvest:
Cut the young pea shoots above the base when they have developed several fresh leaves. Harvest regularly to encourage continued growth.
